ClawHost ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
1. What we collect
When you sign up or use our service, we may collect:
- Your name and email address
- Billing information (processed securely via Stripe — we never store card numbers)
- Information you provide during onboarding (which apps you use, automation preferences)
- Basic server logs (IP address, access timestamps) for security purposes
2. What we do NOT collect
- We do not read, log, or store the content of your agent's conversations
- We do not access your connected apps (email, calendar, etc.) beyond what your agent needs to function
- We do not sell your data to any third party — ever
3. How we use your information
- To set up and maintain your AI agent
- To send you service updates, receipts, and support responses
- To improve our service over time (using anonymized, aggregated data only)
4. Data storage & security
Your agent runs on a private, isolated server instance. No other ClawHost client shares your server. API keys and credentials are encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard practices to prevent unauthorized access.
5. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate ClawHost:
- Stripe — for payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to billing data.
- Hetzner / DigitalOcean — for server infrastructure. Your agent data is stored on their servers under our control.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Cancel your service and have your server wiped within 7 days

7. Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies only for basic functionality (like remembering your session). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
